You can’t just turn into a Triathlete overnight! This is serious stuff and you need some serious kit. When I started Triathlons just over 2 years ago I joined TriLondon, which is made up of many men and women with very little body fat. To say I felt out of place is an under statement.

Personal Training

I have to admit, I have been a bad boy and haven’t blogged for a while! I have had a few messages asking when the next blog will be out, so sorry and here it is. Here are some excuses, well, I’ve been busy turning 30. Yes, 30! I know, I know I don’t look it but hey that’s just the cards you get dealt with! I’ve been away sunning myself whilst the rest of you have been ankle deep in the snow. But I’m back, older, wiser and even more immature.
