Titans Wednesday Night Fit Club

If you want to increase your fitness, tone up your body and lose fat?  Then this class is for you!

Changes have been made and there is no more Circuit Training on a Thursday night in the Hall. I‘m branching out into the wilderness, well not quite... more like Friary Park!   The new and exciting ‘Fit Club’ will be happening every Wednesday evening.

So what’s changed from circuit training? Firstly, we’re out of the small hall, so there’s a lot more space!  As well as lots of new exercises, I’m able to get you guys moving around a bit more and work on some more Cardio.   I’ll be using running to increase the intensity and heart rate and therefore create a much better fat burning session.

This is a Club, so you’ll work in partners - helping increase your motivation and enjoyment of the class.  Fit Club sessions are high intensity fat burning sessions which will help you lose body fat, tone muscle and increase strength. This would be an ideal class to accompany a weight loss programme, as this class helps targets fat and helps protect lean muscle mass that sometimes can decrease in a weight loss programme.

Fit Club runs in 6 week blocks - you can drop in for the odd session but for maximum results, you should aim to come for at least 6.
